No, we do not charge VAT, as our turnover is below the tax registration limit, and there are no hidden charges. All costs are shared clearly before booking confirmation.
Does "Hafla Rental" require an advance deposit to confirm booking? +
Yes, a booking is not confirmed until a 50% advance deposit is received. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the event.
What is your cancellation policy? +
Our cancellation policy depends on how close the cancellation is to the event date and the services booked.

1. Cancellation 7 or More Days Prior: 90% to 100% refund
2. Cancellation 2 to 6 Days Prior: 80% to 90% refund
3. Cancellation 1 Day Before: 60% to 80% refund
4. Cancellation on Event Date: 0% to 60% refund

The exact refund percentage depends on the type of services booked and any costs already incurred.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or non-working product? +
We ensure all products are delivered in proper working condition. However, if you receive a damaged product or if any item stops working during the event, please inform us immediately on WhatsApp with details. We will arrange a replacement or suitable solution, depending on the issue and availability.
Who installs the bouncy castle? +
Our professional staff delivers and installs the bouncy castle at your location or venue. Installation is already included in the rental price.
Up to how many hours can we use the inflatable? +
The standard inflatable rental duration is up to 10 hours for events in Dubai. For other emirates, the usage time is up to 8 hours, depending on the location and delivery logistics.
Who is responsible for providing water and the hose? +
The client is responsible for arranging the water supply and water hose required for the water slide.
